No Excuses Fitness offers a 45 minute Boot Camp, starting at 6:00AM This workout targets specific muscle groups for each individual class (6:00AM class only). |

No Excuses Fitness offers a one time assessment session for Boot Camp beginners.The assessment session is available for boot camp participants only. Cost for the assessment is $45.00. This program is a private training session that evaluates your strength, cardiovascular ability and overall knowledge of exercise. This is a very effective way of designing a workout program that ensures safety and positive results. This class is optional but recommended for beginners. |
