I just wanted to say thanks again for today’s class. Not only did you hear us say we wanted to have latin music during the class, you went the extra step and changed and adapted the session to give us a different, tough and fun class.
I’m never bored by yours or Dave’s classes, I always walk out feeling challenged, in a good way, but I also appreciate when folks in the class express a preference for something, and the two of you go that extra step to respond accordingly. Nice customer service.

I recently started attending the indoor boot camp classes here. The people are great here, and David is an awesome instructor. I always look forward to go to class and workout. If you are looking for a great place to workout, make sure you come in and try a class.

My experience at No Excuses only gets better and better with each session.
What I like is the:
1) The trainers are nice and encouraging. It's not a military style bootcamp - you work at your own pace and they wouldn't make you do anything they didn't think you couldn't handle.
2) Free introductory class
3) Convenient times offered and convenience of being able to schedule your classes online
4) Flexibility in choosing the days & times you can/want to attend
5) Free towels for you to use in case you forget yours
What I don't like:
1) There's really nothing negative I can think of, but the only thing is I wish there were Friday night classes. It wouldn't make or break the deal for me though.
The trainers are friendly and have workouts that will definitely make you sweat A LOT but you will feel good about it afterwards. There's nothing to lose (except maybe some calories!!) by trying out No Excuses at least once - especially if it's complimentary!

I highly recommend No Excuses Indoor Boot Camp to beginners and for those who are in good physical shape. The trainers, both Dave and Roland, will push you to your limit and further. The classes are the right size, everyone is super friendly, and both Roland and Dave make each class FUN (although you will walk out of there drenched).

I love this place! David and Roland are excellent trainers and they make boot camp so much fun due to their great attitudes and senses of humor. They are experts at designing workout progressions that challenge, but somehow feel good rather than painful. It is like each exercise set is a break from the one before, and each set changes just before you feel like breaking. Very positive and supportive. If you stick with it, you can have a completely different body. I see improvements even after one class. I wish my schedule allowed me to do it all the time.

I worked with Dave and Roland at No excuses for the past three years and they have taking my athleticism to the next level. They pushed me to my limits but always made it a great time. Every time I finished a workout I looked forward to the next. I started out playing college basketball for two years but with the knowledge and work ethic they helped me build I kept working hard on my own and now I do the decathlon for my college's track team. I love the fact that the environiment is a focused group of results-oriented individuals-- not your typical overcrowded, "all-muscle" gym.
